The sports program that perfectly suits your personal goals. The guidance starts with two sports appointments with one of the coaches. With this sports program you can take advantage of more than 85 group lessons, racket sports, (functional) fitness, the swimming pool and wellness. Your personal sports program and quality guidance will help you achieve your desired sports results. In addition, you train on the best and most efficient training system: the Technogym BIO Circuit. Finally, to ensure extra results, you will receive guidance from the lifestyle coach who will help you find balance in your diet.

DUO

Exercising together is more fun. Get motivated with your partner. Strive for maximum results together and work on your goals. With this program you exercise under the guidance of one of the fitness coaches and work together towards better health. This subscription is for 2 adults within 1 family. Subscription price is per person.

Young Adult (12 to 24 years)

Sports are important for you as a student or as a young professional. They help you on your way to the better version of yourself so that you can perform optimally at work or study. During this program, a personal sports schedule is tailor-made and you train under the guidance of the coaches.
