You Can Learn to Sleep

Do you have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep, do you wake up too early? Do you sleep too often, too long, too short? Are you not rested? Then the ‘You can learn to sleep’ workshop is for you. You will learn about the importance of good sleep and which factors you can influence yourself. Attention will be paid to biorhythm, 24-hour vision, sleep hygiene advice, thoughts, and habits regarding sleep behavior. There will also be attention to experiencing exercises yourself.
