You can easily do this via <em>MyODS<\/em>.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Log in to <em>Mijn\u2011ODS<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>Go to <strong>My details<\/strong> and click on <strong>Activities<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Select the membership you want to cancel and click <strong>Edit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Choose <strong>I want to cancel this membership<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Select your preferred end date, enter the reason for cancellation, and confirm by clicking <strong>Cancel<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Not working?<\/strong><br \/>\nIf you are unable to complete the cancellation online, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. When you contact us, please include your membership number or date of birth and the reason for cancellation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Important Information<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A cancellation submitted via the app or platform of the vitality partner is <strong>not sufficient<\/strong> for corporate fitness memberships.<\/li>\n<li>Cancellations must <strong>always be reported directly to ODS\u2011Vitaal<\/strong>, as we charge the monthly fees. After cancelling this subscription, you can request a new one via the portal. To do this, go to vitality offer and select the vitality provider you want and then the subscription you want. Now enter the start date equal to the end date of the cancelled subscription, you will then have no overlap.<\/p>\n<p>Please note: if the subscription period of the first vitality provider has not yet expired, the remaining period of the subscription will first have to be served before you can convert. However, there is an age limit (16 years old). As a retired employee, you may bring your partner (not family members) to the events.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that other family members, friends or acquaintances are not allowed to participate in the events of ODS-Vitaal. When you are logged in go to events and click on info and sign up, you can now sign up for the event at the top right.
