You’ll receive personal tips, smart exercises, and training plans, so you can keep improving even outside the sessions.

In this 12-week beginner course, you’ll learn the basics of the front crawl in a relaxed and structured way. With guidance from a certified coach, you’ll work on:

✔️ Breathing
✔️ Stroke rhythm
✔️ Confidence in the water
Entry level: You can swim between 0 and 100 meters of front crawl non-stop. Everyone with the motivation to learn is welcome!
After the course, you’ll receive a personal workout to continue practicing on your own. With an ODS-Vitaal swim pass, that becomes even easier — and more fun!
