General

You pay the subscription mentioned at the chosen sport. ODS does not charge any additional fees.

ODS can be reached by telephone Mondays to Thursdays from 09:00 to 12:30 and from 13:00 to 17:00.

No, your employer or your partner’s employer needs to be a member of ODS for you to receive discounts at the various providers.

If your health club has a contract with ODS, you can ask them to transfer your current subscription to an ODS subscription.

Send an email with a recent photo to info@ods-vitaal.nl. You will receive a new ODS pass within several working days.
You also need to send the old ODS pass back to us.

You will receive a new direct debit authorisation by mail. Please complete and sign the authorisation and return it to us by email or post.

Subscriptions

There is no need for a passport photo. You can choose to take a picture with your mobile phone and upload the photo during the registration process.

No, all subscriptions are for the duration of at least one year. After the first twelve months, the subscription can be cancelled on a monthly basis, observing a notice period of one month.

Please send us a letter stating name, address, membership number of the person the cancellation/termination applies to, as well as the reason for cancelling and enclose the ODS pass of the person in question.

Upon receipt of the membership pass the termination of the subscription will be processed. Please remember that a notice period of one month applies. In addition, you also need to notify the applicable sports institute about your cancellation.

Payments

Your employer has opted for one of the following options:
– Your subscription fee is deducted from your salary by your employer.
– Your subscription fee is deducted from your bank account by direct debit collection after you have signed an authorisation to do so.

The subscription fee is collected at the end of each month, starting from the start date of your membership. Example: you have registered during the month of April. We will debit the subscription fee around 25 April from your account. We always collect the fee of the ongoing month.
