In this workshop, we will cover:
• How do you breathe? Becoming aware of your breathing and how you use it.
• The importance of proper breathing for work, sports and physical activity. How breathing affects your performance and recovery.
• Scientific background and the benefits of breathing exercises, and their impact on your health.
• Recognizing stress in your body: how your breath can help reduce stress levels.
