RETREATS:

During the retreat, Paul will explore with you how you will implement sport as part of your well-being in your life. Sports sessions will be provided every day and we will go for a lot of walks in the beautiful area. He ensures that you get up and down the mountain safely and responsibly. You need an outlet to maintain your physical and mental resilience. During the retreat we will investigate what suits you. Paul works from a 'Whole Person' approach and will advise you on how you can become more vital and fitter. He will also work with you to determine which nutrition suits you best to increase your vitality. Pure customization, that's what he wants to stand for.

His creativity will always challenge you in a different way to help you push your own boundaries and explore your own possibilities. He teaches you how to persevere, stay focused and resist distractions. Paul works in his own authentic, friendly and empathetic way.
