Healthy Lifestyle Healthy Ageing!

Do you want to work on promoting a sustainable healthy lifestyle and a positive mindset, for yourself, your children or for other people? Then you have come to the right place at Leefstijlclub.nl. Our motto is, 'Healthy Lifestyle, Healthy Ageing'.

We support people and companies in optimizing a preventative healthy lifestyle to reduce disease processes, slow down the aging process, live more vitally with fewer years of illness and develop the mindset positively, for more mental strength. In this way we help you to become a real lifestyle expert.

To realize this vision, Leefstijlclub offers four 12-week online programs, known as the SWITCH programs:

1. Losing weight with Lifestyle: For those who specifically want to lose weight healthily and sustainably, Leefstijlclub offers the Losing Weight with Lifestyle program. This program combines the Fit SWITCH, Food SWITCH, Reset SWITCH and Mind SWITCH programs over a period of 48 weeks. You will be guided towards a sustainable healthier weight and a sustainable healthier lifestyle.

2. Fit SWITCH: This program focuses on active living and applying the Health Council's Exercise Guidelines. You will learn about the importance of exercise as medicine, choosing the right activities to lose weight healthily and how to integrate this into your daily life.

3. Food SWITCH: Here the focus is on healthy nutrition and making conscious food choices. The program offers insights into dietary patterns that contribute to better health and supports you in developing sustainable healthy eating habits. This program also provides insight into what to eat and what not to eat if you want to lose weight.

4. Reset SWITCH: This program focuses on stress management and restoring the balance in the autonomic nervous system. Participants learn methods to effectively manage stress and improve their overall well-being. Clarity is also provided about which exercises to use to use our mental abilities more and more effectively.

5. Mind SWITCH: With a focus on mental strength and mindset, this program helps participants break through limiting beliefs and develop a positive attitude towards life. It promotes mental resilience and supports in dealing with daily lifestyle challenges. Become a true growth mindset practitioner with this program.

Each of these programs includes an instructional video at the start, four online lectures and a 12-week plan with workbook, assignments, insights, factsheets and e-books. They can be followed separately or consecutively, depending on your personal goals and needs.

Lifestyle as medicine books and e-books!
