Since every individual is unique, you will receive a customized programme following the Milon Circle, in addition to dietary advice and support according to your personal needs. They also design specific exercises, one to one, using mats, balls, cables and other separate materials with which you can keep surprising your body and achieve results that last.
Training in the Milon Circle
Despite Milon having a fully automatic setting, it is important to adjust resistance in time. Your physical condition is taken into account. It is not a competition in losing weight or recording the fastest time. It is about the intensity that suits you at that moment. After all, you invest 35 minutes of your time twice every 10 days to achieve results. Accessibility, personal, result orientation but also fun are key aspects of the experience.
