Welcome to Total Body Reconstruction

At this cozy, accessible gym you can go for various training sessions aimed at strength and endurance. Want to exercise outdoors with a boot camp? Or do you think boxing, Hiit-fight or Stretch and Stretch suit you better? Due to the various differentiations offered, these training courses are suitable for both beginners and advanced students and are given by a professional trainer who helps you get the best out of yourself.

The training courses include:

Springfit: A fun, fun and intensive training aimed at improving your fitness and strength. By jumping on a trampoline you train your muscles and burn a lot of calories.

Stretch: This is a gentle training aimed at improving your flexibility and preventing injuries. This training is also suitable for anyone who wants to become more flexible and gain a wide range of motion (range off motion).

HIIT Fight: An intensive interval training where you work on your endurance and strength. Through various boxing combinations alternated with strength and cardio exercises, you train your entire body and burn many calories even at rest. This training pays close attention to correct boxing technique. Training takes place on both gloves and boxing poles.

Boot camp: A training where you work on your strength and endurance in a fun group. These training sessions are never the same and take place both outside and inside (in bad weather). We always train on Thursdays in the Steinerbos park.

Whether you are just starting to exercise or have years of experience, you have come to the right place at this gym. Feel free to come by for a trial lesson and get to know this fun personal club.
