General

You pay the subscription mentioned at the chosen sport. ODS-Vitaal does not charge any additional fees.

ODS-Vitaal can be reached by telephone on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:00.
For questions we are also available by mail info@ods-vitaal.nl on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

No, only if your employer is affiliated with ODS-Vitaal, you can make use of the ODS-Vitaal offer through ODS-Vitaal. Also, if your partner is employed by one of our affiliated companies, you can use ODS-Vitaal’s services.

If your health club has a contract with ODS-Vitaal, you can ask them to transfer your current subscription to an ODS-Vitaal subscription.

 

If the health club has a contract with ODS-Vitaal, you can ask them to transfer your current subscription to an ODS-Vitaal subscription. When the vitality provider has processed this request you should also request a subscription directly with ODS-Vitaal. Your subscription will start from this moment(as of the first of the month) through ODS-Vitaal.

You can change your passport photo yourself in the ‘My-ODS’ portal. When logged in, click on my details, then on the pencil icon behind the person whose photo you want to change. You can now upload a passport photo. Once you have uploaded the passport photo, we will review it. If approved, we will activate the new digital pass online in your ODS-Vitaal account.

Please note: your face must be clearly recognisable on the photo, photos with (sun)glasses or group photos are not suitable. If this does not work, please contact us, we will be happy to help you.

You can register digitally via our website. Go to ‘My-ODS’ and register with the correct employer, then you will have free access to the entire ODS-portal, there is no charge for this.

Log in with your ‘My-ODS‘ account, then go to my details. You can now add a family member here. Adding friends, acquaintances or other family members is not allowed.

Please contact us by phone 046-4106236 or email: info@ods-vitaal.nl. After we have registered the number of your lost pass, we will generate a new pass for you as soon as possible.

You can easily change this yourself in ‘My-ODS’. When you are logged in, click on my details at the top right, then click on update details. You can now change your address.

As soon as you know you will be leaving your employer, you must notify ODS-Vitaal. After the contract term of your subscription(s) expires, your membership with ODS-Vitaal will end. Also, you can no longer participate in other ODS-Vitaal activities (such as events) from the date you leave service.

You will receive a new direct debit authorisation by mail. Please complete and sign the authorisation and return it to us by email or post.

If you worked for an employer that allows its former employees to do so, you can. If you retire immediately following your employment, depending on your employer, you can take advantage of the ODS-Vitaal offer. This does not apply to employees who take advantage of the company’s state pension or otherwise retire early. This last can also be done if the employer gives permission.

Subscriptions

Log in via ‘My-ODS’ or create an account, then go to vitality offers and select the provider you want. Then scroll down and choose one of the subscriptions offered, choose the desired subscription start date for you and close the subscription. When we have activated your chosen subscription, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. You will also receive a digital pass in your ‘My-ODS’ account.

There is no need for a passport photo. You can choose to take a picture with your mobile phone and upload the photo during the registration process.

No, all subscriptions are for the duration of at least one year. After the first twelve months, the subscription can be cancelled on a monthly basis, observing a notice period of one month.

When the minimum contract term of your subscription has expired, you can cancel your subscription. You can cancel your subscription yourself via ‘My-ODS’. Log in to ‘My-ODS’ and go to my details, then click on activities. Go to the subscription you want to cancel and click on change, then select ‘I want to cancel the subscription’. Choose the desired end date of the subscription and the reason for cancellation and click on cancel.

If this does not work, please contact us and we will be happy to help you. Mention your membership number or date of birth and the reason for cancellation.

Once we have received and processed your cancellation, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Make sure you always cancel with the vitality partner with whom you have a subscription.

Please note: the notice period is 1 full month, and starts at the end of the month in which you cancel. Example: if you cancel your subscription on 28 May, the cancellation will take effect on 1 July.

When employees leave employment, regardless of the reason, the ODS-Vitaal membership expires. If the employer decides, despite leaving the organisation early, that the employee is entitled to an extension of the ODS-Vitaal service offer (vitality offer and events), the employer must notify ODS-Vitaal in writing. Some affiliated employers agree to pre-pension + Company Pension this can be inquired at Info@ods-vitaal.nl.

Payments

Your employer has opted for one of the following options:
– Your subscription fee is deducted from your salary by your employer.
– Your subscription fee is deducted from your bank account by direct debit collection after you have signed an authorisation to do so.

The subscription fee is collected at the end of each month, starting from the start date of your membership. Example: you have registered during the month of April. We will debit the subscription fee around 25 April from your account. We always collect the fee of the ongoing month.

Events

All employees of affiliated employers may participate in ODS-Vitaal events (Some employers are excluded from the events, this is a choice of your employer).

As an employee of an affiliated employer, you may bring your partner and family members. As a retired employee, you may bring your partner (not family members) to the events. However, there is an age limit (16 years old).

Please note that other family members, friends or acquaintances are not allowed to participate in the events of ODS-Vitaal. Of course, you may come with your colleagues when they register themselves!

When the registrations for an event have started you can register through ‘My-ODS’. When you are logged in go to events and click on info and sign up, you can now sign up for the event at the top right. You will receive a confirmation of the registration and your tickets through your email.

Certain employers have chosen not to participate in the events, so your employer is one of them. You cannot sign up for the events with your account, but you can make use of the other offers that ODS-Vitaal has to offer.

If your employer does participate in the events and you cannot register with your account, please contact us!

The tickets are automatically sent to your mail when you registered. If you are unable to find the mail, you can download the tickets via ‘My-ODS’. When you are logged in, go to events and then to my registrations. You can download the tickets here.

We will scan the tickets when you check in at the event. You can get your tickets scanned from your phone, no printing required!
