1. Figure analysis

Your first visit to Fit-In is devoted to your figure analysis with an accurate body measurement in 9 places. On the basis of your figure analysis and your objectives Fit-In and professional coaches draw up an individual program for you, taking into account your age, metabolism, condition, ... and specific wishes. This includes a tailor-made exercise program in infrared cabins and adjusting your eating habits. Of course, your progress is monitored very closely and your training schedule is adjusted as soon as you progress.

At Fit-In you don't lose weight alone. There is a team of dieticians and physiotherapists ready to guide you. Together they make sure you reach your ideal weight!

2. Exercise

Burning fat and strengthening muscles is done through exercise. So each session involves half an hour of work under the guidance of an exercise coach. This way you burn a lot of calories per exercise, and lose inches very quickly. Of course, you will receive a customized program tailored to your body and your goals.

The infrared cabins are the cornerstone of the Fit-In exercise program. The rays penetrate into the fat layer under the skin and ensure a better metabolism so that your body removes waste products faster. Your blood circulation also improves and your muscles become much more elastic so you are much less likely to have muscle aches or injuries. 3. Nutritional advice

To lose pounds quickly and permanently, combine exercise with healthy eating. Beware: you do not have to go on a diet. But a healthy eating schedule is important. The Fit-In nutritionist goes over your eating habits with you and suggests an alternative schedule. To help you, you are given a diary in which you document your eating habits. We also use the Tanita, a professional scale that measures your fat percentage, muscle mass and visceral fat in addition to your weight. These tools allow us to properly track your progress and address the exact causes of your extra pounds.
