Breathing Sessions

Every Tuesday evening from 19:00 to 20:00 you can participate in a breathing session in Sittard that will help you improve your breathing, reduce stress and increase your energy. In these sessions you will learn breathing techniques that support you in everyday life, so that you feel calmer, more energetic and mentally stronger.

Besides the breathing sessions in Sittard they also offer breathing sessions in Landgraaf in collaboration with IKBENFIT in Landgraaf

Ice Bath Workshops

Ice bath workshops are an intense way to test your mindset and physical limits. You will learn how to use cold water to strengthen your body, better manage stress and increase your mental resilience. By taking yourself out of your comfort zone, you will improve your breathing and stay calm in stressful situations, which will help you better manage stress in everyday life as well.
