We would like to take you on an 8-week training consisting of meditative walks with influences from yoga, mindfulness, breathing techniques and meditation. This training and its useful tools are available anytime, anywhere on your smartphone through a handy app. You choose when you make time for yourself and in what environment you do this. You will receive access to the Mind Walk Vitaal app for a year with all its nice and useful exercises.

We offer the following subscription;

8-week training (consisting of meditative walks with influences from yoga, mindfulness, breathing techniques and meditation)

The app is valid for 12 months and stops automatically after this period. After creating your subscription, you will receive the login codes from Mind Walk Vitaal before the 1st of the month.
