ODS Mindfulness More Peace. More Fun.

When you discover how to take good care of yourself, despite the issues of the day and all the commotion, you will be rewarded by more fun and relaxation. It doesn't take a great deal of effort and is actually quite simple if you have the right focus.

In this mindfulness programme you will discover step by step what it takes and you will learn new and different ways. Trust, Relax and Enjoy!

You will get cracking online in Self Management mode or under the supervision of a mindfulness coach. That choice is entirely up to you! There are 6 mindfulness programmes:

3 online programmes,, 2 individual programmes and, 1 group programme

The three online programmes: More peace. More happiness.

A great introduction to mindfulness and a nice way to find out in small steps exactly how and where you should focus. This makes it easy to apply to your daily life and very soon you will start to feel more at ease and happier.

The modules consist of videos, audio fragments (calming music) and downloads with exercises.

Programme 1:  The online programme: More peace. More happiness. Version 4 weeks

You get immediate access to the 4-week online mindfulness programme 'More Peace. More Happiness.'

Programme 3
The online programme: More peace. More happiness. Version 16 weeks

In this 16-week VIP programme, you follow 8 online modules and you will receive 4 weeks of additional support as a source of motivation and inspiration.

Module 3 - When everything is possible. Broaden your awareness and discover what gets your blood pumping. (Programma 1 t/m 3)
Module 4 - Positive mindset. Discover how every day is a beautiful day and how you can contribute to that yourself. (Programma 1 t/m 3)
Module 5 - More Me-time. You discover how it is always time for you and how you can easily create that in your daily life. (Programma 2 + 3)
Module 6 - Every moment is YOUR moment. You know how you can nourish yourself in a positive way and how to maintain that. (Programma 2 + 3)
Module 7 - 100% Self-care. How to take good care of yourself and how to maintain that level. (Programma 3)
Module 8 - You in 10 years' time. Dare to take decisions that suit the life you are living now. Choices that make you feel relaxed. (Programma 3)


Mindful Coaching Programmes (Individually or in a group)

You learn to give attention to what is most important: YOU. By attending this programme you will create more room for: you, making choices, awareness, self-love and genuine relaxation.

Programme 4:
Mindfulness Coaching Individual '100% Attention to YOU'

In these 4 individual coaching sessions (location Eijsden) of 1.5 hours each, you learn the basic principles of mindfulness in a unique way.

Total:

  • 4 private sessions of 1.5 hours
  • Handout after each session
  • Theme-based exercises to do at home including AUDIO 
  • Weekly support through personal WhatsApp message

Programme 5:
Mindfulness Coaching Individual '100% Attention to YOU' VIP Programme

A Mindfulness programme of 6 individual coaching sessions (location Eijsden) of 2 hours each during 8 weeks. During these 8 weeks you are supported through WhatsApp to retain your learnings and you receive additional coaching if required.

Total:

  • 6 private sessions of 2 hours each
  • Handout after each session
  • Theme-based exercises to do at home including AUDIO 
  • Weekly support with personal message through WhatsApp during 8 weeks 
  • During the 8 weeks additional coaching is possible through Teams, phone or email if required.

During the Individual sessions attention is given to the latest and most valuable exercises:

  • Time for yourself, with yourself. It is always time for me-time
  • Relaxation, not once in a while, but structural
  • Adopting a relaxed stance in life, without losing sight of your goals and ambitions
  • Peace and Room in your life for conscious choices that totally suit you
  • You get to know and support yourself (even) better
  • Giving attention to what is most important to you
  • Recognizing your auto-pilot
  • Dealing with thoughts
  • Handling stressful or overwhelming situations in a different way
  • There is also enough room for personal input

Programme 6:
Mindfulness Coaching BEAUTIFUL group training. In 16 weeks we make the difference together!

During 16 weeks 6 group sessions in person (location Eijsden). Every other week you will attend a live group session of 2 hours in which you learn to give attention to what is most important of all: YOU.

Between the sessions you will be supported by coaching through email and WhatsApp. In this way you will experience a valuable big stick which will motivate you to keep going.

After completing the live group sessions you will receive additional support during 4 weeks by means of the 'HAPPY YOU Moments' online.

Total:

  • 6 groupsessions of 2 hours each, every other week
  • 6 times home assignments, every other week
  • HAPPY YOU Moments - 4 weeks additional online support
  • Handout after each session
  • Theme-based exercises to do at home including AUDIO
  • Interim support through WhatsApp and email.

During the live sessions attention is given to the latest and most valuable exercises:
