ODS Mindfulness More Peace, More Fun.

When you discover how to take good care of yourself, despite the issues of the day and all the commotion, you will be rewarded by more fun and relaxation. It doesn't take a great deal of effort and is actually quite simple if you have the right focus.
In the mindfulness programs you will discover step by step what you need for it and you find out that it can also be done differently. Trust, Relax and Enjoy!

You get to work under your own direction (online) or under the supervision of a mindfulness coach. That choice is entirely up to you! 

There are 4 mindfulness programs:

  • 2 online programs
  • 1 individual program
  • 1 group program

Program 1:  The online program: More peace & More happiness (4 weeks)

  • Access 4-week online program by means of 4 modules
  • Progress support through email and personal inspiration messages via Whatsapp
  • Checklist
  • 6 months access to online modules


Program 2: The online program: More peace & More happiness (8 weeks)

  • Access 8-week online program by means of 8 modules
  • Virtual In-depth session of 1 hour 
  • Progress support through email and personal inspiration messages via Whatsapp
  • 6 months access to online modules

These modules are included in program 1 (modules 1-4) an program 2 (modules 1-8)

Module 1 - How are you doing?
You will focus on how to pay attention to yourself. 

Module 2 - Peace & Focus.
By learning to pay conscious attention, you immediately create more Peace and Focus in your daily life. 
Module 3 - When everything is possible.
Broaden your awareness and discover what gets your blood pumping. 
Module 4 - Positive mindset.
Discover how every day is a beautiful day and how you can contribute to that yourself. 
Module 5 - More Me-time.
You discover how it is always time for you and how you can easily create that in your daily life. 
Module 6 - Every moment is YOUR moment.
You know how you can nourish yourself in a positive way and how to maintain that. 
Module 7 - 100% Self-care.
How to take good care of yourself and how to maintain that level. 
Module 8 - You in 10 years' time.
Dare to take decisions that suit the life you are living now. Choices that make you feel relaxed. 

Programme 3: Mindfulness Coaching Individual '100% Attention to YOU'

In these 4 individual coaching sessions (location Eijsden) of 1.5 hours each, you will learn how to continue to take good care of yourself during the delusion of the day and all the hectic activity.

  • 4 private sessions of 1.5 hours
  • Handout after each session
  • Theme-based exercises to do at home including AUDIO 
  • Weekly support through personal WhatsApp message


Program 4: Mindfulness Coaching BEAUTIFUL grouptraining. Create an ironclad bond with yourself!
In these 6 group sessions (location Eijsden) of 2 hours each, you will learn to pay attention to the most important thing all: YOU.Between the sessions you will be supported by coaching through personal Whatsapp messages.
