How can we boost and proceed with Fibrant’s vitality programme Fivit during these Covid-19 times?
Make the programme accessible, valuable and enjoyable. It needs to become a moment to ‘meet’ your colleagues again.

Together with Fibrant we put together a varied online programme. The duration of the programme was 4 weeks and one could choose from various workshops: Live cooking breakfast and lunch, Work pressure and mindfulness, Healthy fit lunch break, Yoga at your desk, Growth mindset, Pilates, Nutrition quiz, Stretch and relax, Vitality quiz and a Bootcamp. Since part of the Fibrant employees work in shifts, the time slots were chosen in a way that both day and night shifts could participate. ODS took care of the workshops regarding mindset, nutrition, relaxation and exercise.
An important element is the timing of the activities. That is a key determining factor for the number of participants. The activities met with enthusiasm, as is shown by the participants’ reactions in the survey.
The workshop leader was awarded 4.4 stars out of 5.
When asked ‘Would you recommend this activity’ we received 3.9 stars out of 5.
