Information

AV Unitas is for everybody: the old and the young, professional and recreational athletes. The group of recreational runners is big, active and warm.

Interested in taking up running, but you lack courage to take the first step? Come and have a look. Training in a group, but still at your own level? At athletics club Unitas you can do so during the day, but also in the evenings and during weekends. Under the supervision of enthusiastic and experienced trainers you work on your fitness and runnning technique.

Register for the trial training on Saturday morning (around 09:15) with one of the trainers (Wilma Zukrowski, Dolf Gregoir, Eric Machiels of Jac Spijkers), so they can write down some information and show you the ropes.

Functional Training

Functional Fitness is constantly varied functional training at a (high) intensity. These small-group classes of up to 8 participants are held indoors, outdoors and mixed. The sport consists of three disciplines that blend together, namely gymnastics, weightlifting and cardio.
