At JustGoo, fun in running and walking is of paramount importance. It is not without reason that our motto is:

You don't have to go fast, you JUST have to GOO!

Responsible walking, running and trail running is a given for us. Every walker and runner can participate in group training at JustGoo at their own level, as they are offered at various levels.

For runners, there are several interval training, strength training and endurance training sessions every week, ranging from 5 km to 21 km. There are also running training courses specifically aimed at runners of a slightly older age; our OldStarsRunning.

We also offer the StartRunning introductory course 3 times a year, in which (re)beginners train together twice a week for 8 weeks. After 8 weeks you can run 2.5 km in one stretch without injury!

For walkers there is the weekly FitWalk and the slightly more challenging Powerwalk. And we offer the FitStap program for walkers with a disability (cardiovascular disease, obesity, diabetes, osteoarthritis). For people with rheumatism, there is even a special FitStap for Rheumatism, which was developed in collaboration with ReumaNederland.

At JustGoo (almost) everyone can train comfortably in a group and still at their own level. It is also good to note that all our trainers are certified by the Athletics Union and/or KWBN and have a first aid and resuscitation certificate.
